slipring.ai describes what SlipRing, LLC does and how to reach us. Using the site does not create a contract, a teaming arrangement, or a professional relationship. Any actual engagement with SlipRing is governed by a separate written agreement.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the SlipRing website at slipring.ai and its pages. “SlipRing,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SlipRing, LLC. “You” means the person or organization using the site.
By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
SlipRing, LLC is a Massachusetts company. Our published company identifiers are UEI KR6MUC29VHM1 and CAGE 19AZ6.

What this website is
This is an informational capabilities site. It describes SlipRing's work, our federal contracting information, and how to reach us.
What it is not
Nothing on this site is an offer, a bid, a quotation, a proposal, a commitment of availability, or professional, legal, medical, financial, or contracting advice. Nothing on this site creates a partnership, teaming agreement, joint venture, employment relationship, or fiduciary relationship.
Nothing on this site modifies any contract, solicitation, or agreement between SlipRing and a government or commercial customer. Where a separate signed agreement covers the same subject, that agreement controls.
Accuracy
We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of errors, and we may change it at any time without notice.
Contacting us
This site has no public account registration and no contact form. If you email SlipRing, please do not send sensitive personal, medical, classified, controlled unclassified, export-controlled, or other confidential information unless SlipRing has expressly authorized an appropriate channel.

CIMOS and development messaging
Important: CIMOS does not provide medical advice, diagnose or treat conditions, or replace care from a licensed physician. It is a demonstration product and should not be used with real personal or medical information. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care.
CIMOS is a separate product
CIMOS is a SlipRing product hosted at app.cimos.health. These Terms cover this website. Your use of CIMOS itself is governed by the terms and notices presented within CIMOS.
Owner-only messaging terms
CIMOS has a narrow, low-volume messaging program for Dave, the CIMOS product owner, only. It sends content-free alerts asking him to return to the desktop for development review or approval. Messaging is not available to the public, and it is not used for marketing, medical information, private content, or automated public outreach. The complete program description is on the messaging disclosure page.
These terms apply to that program:
- Dave, the CIMOS product owner, is the only eligible recipient during the current development phase.
- Consent is voluntary, is recorded before activation, and is not a condition of participating in development work or using any SlipRing service.
- Message frequency varies and is expected to remain low. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to end messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They may be handled only by providers needed to operate and secure the program.
How SlipRing handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use
Please use this site lawfully and reasonably. You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system or account.
- Interfere with the site's operation or security, including by probing, overloading, or introducing malicious code.
- Use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the site.
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with SlipRing.
We may restrict or block access to the site if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

SlipRing owns or licenses the content on this site, including its text, layout, graphics, and the SlipRing name and logo. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
