Development-use disclosure

CIMOS messaging is not available to the public.

CIMOS is in active development. Messaging is limited to Dave, the CIMOS product owner, after his explicit opt-in.

Company and product

SlipRing, LLC is an SBA-certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business that builds AI solutions and helps commercial AI companies bring practical capabilities to the U.S. federal government. CIMOS is SlipRing's flagship AI effort, designed to help people understand unresolved and rare medical conditions, evaluate treatment options, identify relevant experts and research, and determine practical next steps.

CIMOS remains in active development. Its narrow, low-volume messaging program is limited to Dave, the CIMOS product owner, for content-free workflow alerts when a review or approval requires desktop attention. Messaging is not available to patients, clinicians, customers, prospects, other development-team members, or the public. It is not used for marketing, medical information, private content, or automated public outreach.
